Chucky Has His Own Pumpkin Beer!

Lynn

Everyone’s favorite killer doll has his own beer! That’s right, this Halloween, get into the season with Chucky: A Killer Wit Beer launched by the collaboration of Seattle based Elysian Brewing and NBC Universal. This new pumpkin beer is being marketed in honor of the second season of the Chucky TV series, originally based on the horror movie “Childs Play” from 1988.

Witbier, means “white” beer and it is a Belgian-style brew using unmalted wheat, malted barley and sometimes oats. Wit beers are also spiced with citrus flavors and coriander. Chucky’s Killer Wit Beer has notes of red blood cranberry juice, cinnamon and chamomile. Unlike most wit beers it does not contain coriander.

If we weren’t excited enough already, Chucky's pumpkin brew beer cans feature the terrifying icon on the front holding a giant knife! Depending on the bar you visit, Chucky’s Killer Wit Beer taps are also designed with a giant knife for the handle to add that extra fear factor!

Wit beers are a style that have something for everyone. And that’s what makes them so unique. They can be enjoyed all year round despite the fact that this beer is only available for a limited time. If you want to find Chucky’s Wit Beer you can go on Elysians website and use their beer finder to locate a retailer or bar near you.

While you are sipping on your eerie seasonal pumpkin beer you can also tune in to the second season “Chucky” Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on USA Network & SYFY!
