The Specialty Food Association (SFA) has announced Winter FancyFaire* (WFF*), a new trade show debuting January 11-13, 2026, in San Diego. This three-day event will offer an immersive experience focused on specialty food trends, networking, and innovation.
Designed to support brands at all stages, WFF* will provide a platform for makers to showcase their products and connect with buyers. "The industry is evolving, and launching a brand is more challenging than ever," said SFA President Bill Lynch in a January 19, 2025 press release. "Winter FancyFaire* offers new opportunities for engagement and growth."
Following its San Diego launch, WFF* will move to San Francisco in 2027. The event will also celebrate the 2025-26 sofi™ Award winners, marking a shift in the awards schedule.
With this launch, SFA will retire the Winter Fancy Food Show after 2025. However, the Summer Fancy Food Show remains unchanged, with the next event set for June 29 – July 1, 2025, in New York City.
As with all SFA events, Winter FancyFaire* will be open exclusively to industry professionals, affiliates, and media representatives.
