We've talked about pancake cereal before but now we're talking about pancake spaghetti - a viral TikTok recipe that is still circling my 'for you page'! It's not too far from what it sounds like - thin strips of pancake batter created on a pan or griddle that are about the thickness of linguine.

Also known as “squiggle cakes,” this viral trend comes from TikTok user @brianaarchuleta and her husband Steven, who made pancake spaghetti after moving a package of spaghetti in his way when trying to make breakfast for his kids before school. The simple move sparked his creativity, and pancake spaghetti was officially born.

Once the strips are cooked all the way through, you gather them up in a bowl and cover them with powdered sugar and syrup!
